The best observation of enjoying the scenery of Lions Gate Bridge, North Vancouver and West Vancouver is the seawall of Stanley. Both of the North Vancouver and the West Vancouver are located on the hillside. Thus, if you want to look the beautiful scenery of the two cities, the seawall in the Stanley Park is very recommendable. Furthermore, as all we know, Stanley Park is the center of high land in the greater Vancouver area, so it's easy to go on visiting to any other places.

If you have children go with you, it's better to have a look the dolphin show and some other fantastic animal shows.

The most distinctive classic in the Stanley Park is colorful shops, quaint totem pole. These totem poles carved some animals, characters and some stories which come from the Amerindians. All of these totems have already existed thousand years. Here is a good place to know the Amerindians who are the earliest people living here.

As an urban forest, Stanley Park has lots of trees more than a century. All of these old and big trees are the treasures. It has a lot of fun to look for these trees. Here I have to recommend again that each visitor should choose to ride or walk into the woods. Admiring the magic of nature, and have a look at these vicissitudes survived trees.

If you don't have any plans of shopping, then go and take a look at Canada Place is a good choice. You can sit on the beach, admire the sunset and watch the seaplanes coming and going.

If you are interested in the whole nature of Canada, there's a 4D short movie in the Canada Place, called Fly Over Canada. It has become the hottest new attraction in Vancouver, because its amazing virtual flight ride and 4D visual effect.

I also want to recommend this historical place, Gastown. It was the first downtown core of Vancouver so that everything in Gastown look so ancient. If you have enough time, slow down your pace and quietly to feel its ancient atmosphere.

Another historical place in downtown is the most famous one, Chinatown. If the time you choose to visit there is Chinese festival approaching, it must be very interesting and bustling.

After walking so long, you must be tired and hungry, right? There are so many delicious restaurants on the Robson Street and Denman Street. Just go in a restaurant which looks good. The failure probability is very low!~

At last, recently, the cherry blossoms in downtown are all open. It's the best time to visit. You may not have a plan to shopping, but the gallery, library and any other public building are also worth to visit.
